If something is broken, open Settings → About in the app and tap Account ID to copy it, then paste it into your email. It lets us look at your account instead of asking you to describe the problem twice.
The daily reminder stopped arriving
Open Settings → Notifications in Yuni and check that Daily Tip is switched on. Skipping the notifications step during setup left it off, and nothing turned it back on. Version 2.6.5 fixes that.
Then open iOS Settings → Notifications → Yuni and make sure Lock Screen, Banners and Sounds are all enabled. When an app is set to Deliver Quietly, reminders land in Notification Centre with no banner and no sound, which looks like nothing arriving.
Restoring a purchase on a new device
In the iPhone app, Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. A plan bought on the web belongs to your Yuni account: sign in with the same account on the web or in the iPhone app and it is there.
Cancelling or changing a plan
If you bought it on the web, open Settings in Yuni on the web and tap Manage subscription. It opens the payment page for your plan, where you can cancel it or update your card. You can also use the Manage my subscription button in any email about your free days, or email hello@yuniapp.co.uk and we will cancel it for you.
If you bought it in the iPhone app, Apple manages it: cancel or change it in iOS Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Either way, you keep Yuni Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete All Data clears everything stored on your device. If you signed in with Apple or Google, email us and we will remove the synced copy from our servers as well. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and when.

Settings → Report a Problem and Settings → Send Feedback both reach the same inbox as the address above, with your app version attached. Feature requests shape what gets built next, so say what you want and why.
